How We Help

SACS Makes It Easy

Student Accounts & Cashiering Services (SACS) is your go-to resource for managing your student account and making the financial side of college easier to understand. We help students view and pay tuition and fees, understand their account balance, set up flexible payment plans, enroll in direct deposit for faster refunds, resolve holds that could impact enrollment, and access tax forms, billing details, and step-by-step guides. If you ever have questions about your account, you’re not alone. We're here to help.

Know What to Budget

Housing & Meals

Managing your student account starts with understanding your total costs. We help you handle tuition payments, refunds, payment plans, and account support, but it’s also important to think about where you'll live and eat while at Cal Poly Pomona. If you plan to live on campus, be sure to include housing and meal plan costs in your budget.
